If you are interested in one of our units or would like to pre-qualify for upcoming availabilities, please fill out the below form. Please note that this is part one of the Application Process. After we have approved this preliminary application, step 2 will include a nationwide credit, criminal, and evictions background check before final approval. For this you will receive an email from tenantbackgroundsearch.com. After filling in some of your personal details and paying for the background check online, the information will be sent to us. Step one of the application process is so that you don’t have to share sensitive information (like your social security number) in the starting phase of the application and so that you don’t have to pay a fee for a criminal and financial background check if we decide to move forward with another applicant.

Please note that we follow the city of Powell regulation with regards to dogs and cats. This means no more than 2 adult animals may be kept at any one dwelling, Dogs do need to be leashed within city limits (and therefore within the park). All dogs, 5 months and older, are required to wear a current year pet license. Cats do not require a license but those 5 months and older and residing in the city limits, are required to wear a collar or harness displaying a current rabies tag.
